Not sending/recieving outside mail.

Hello all, forgive me if this post is in the wrong area.

I have successfully installed Zimbra 5.0.2 Network Edition running on RHEL5 but can not send or receive outside email. Email within the network sends and receives with no problem. Doing my searches I have come across the MTA wiki and the Split Dns wiki, neither have helped solve my problem.

Here's a brief layout of what I have set up if this would help:

Purchased Domain - ourcompanymail.com (205.1.1.1)
Our local Domain - ourcompany.local (192.168.0.0)
Zimbra Server - MailServer (local ip 192.169.1.50) (public ip 205.1.1.1)
We're using Windows AD authentication.

User created: Me@ourcompany.local and alias Me@ourcompanymail.com.

We're using NAT to point our public IP to our private IP. All MX/A records have been created. At first when sending mail I would get the "email address not recognized" after playing around with the MTA, I got rid of that error only to get the "Message undelivered - I loop back to myself." After making a few more changes I finally don't get any errors when sending externally but mail never reaches any of the inboxes or spam folders.

Any help would be apprecieated.

As you have your server behind a NAT router you'll need a Split DNS set-up, including a correct /etc/hosts file.
