    Default Always Force Free/Busy

I've been looking but I can't seem to find a way to disable the option in calendars that says "exclude this calendar when reporting free/busy times." Is there a way to force people to always show free/busy and then if possible, is there a way to turn this option back on for a per mail box basis?

Never heard anyone wanting that requirement, as usually we fall on the privacy side in terms of user control...you can certainly file an RFE though.

What most ask for is the opposite:
Bug 7288 - Access control to free/busy info based on COS
Bug 8539 - Disable Free/busy information viewing from certain classes of service
