[SOLVED] Authorities for /index directory

I am having issues with search and found that the /index directory is root:root, is this correct or should this be zimbra:zimbra???

It should be zimbra:zimbra, I'd suggest shutting down Zimbra and then as root you run the ~/libexec/zmfixperms script. There is an error in that script that marks the dspam directories as owned by root:root when that should also be zimbra:zimbra.

I don't think zmpermfix will fix the index, the message store or the .ssh folder. I recently moved my install to a new server and had to fix these folders manually.
