Alias and CC

I have a requirement to have an email address, say ]accounts@domain.com as an alias to user1@domain.com. On top of this we'd like any emails sent to accounts@domain.com also CC'd to user2 and user3.
I can's see a way to do with with an alias. Will I have to create accounts as a user, and set up forwrads? What about CC's?

Any help much appreciated.

Welcome to the forum,

Go to the individual account in your admin console gui and set user1 as an alias. CLI method:

su - zimbra
zmprov aaa account@domain.com AliasDesired@domain.com

On top of this we'd like any emails sent to accounts@domain.com also CC'd to user2 and user3.
