[SOLVED] ZCS Not Receiving New Mail

Hello,

Zimbra stopped receiving mail yesterday at 2:00 PM. Since then, I have not received any messages.

zmcontrol status shows that everything is running.

The stats section in the admin panel shows that nothing has been received since that time.

I have restarted the machine, and still am not receiving any messages.

I can still ping the IP address of the server.

I do not receive a bounceback message when I send mail from another email server.

I don't even know where to start. Please help!

Look in the Admin UI and see if mail is deferred, also look in the logs and see what error messages are there. Please post some details of Zimbra version/release and operating system.

There was one message (from one of my users going out) that had been deferred. I was able to process that message.

I have attached the mailbox.log.

How about there's a problem with your firewall or SElinux or even your ISP is blocking port 25? Check this report, it woild indicate your server is blocked or down. I assume that all services are running if you do a 'zmcontrol status'? I also cam't telnet to your server from here.

Thanks for the help and direction. There were some changes made with our ISP that needed to be corrected.
