timezone

my users each time they change the time zone , it wont change from the preference how can i fix this issue and change the timezone for the complete server to match to all user setting

I need help ... to fix the time zone as follow

English (United States)
Default Timezone:
GMT +02:00 Jerusalem

each time i chnage on the user interface it returns back to another default zone niot related to my region.

Not sure what distro you're running, but in Ubuntu you can issue the tzconfig command from a shell prompt as root.
