IMAP problem after added external account

Before add external account ,IMAP subscribe/unscribe works properly no any problem but when I add external account and then try to make new folder or subscribe/unscribe in outlook or thunderbird it won't work. Even now I delete the external account and delete this account from outlook and recreate. Subscribe/unscribe still doesn't work as before.

Other account are working fine with IMAP ...the problem just happen for the acccount which have added external mail account via web UI.

When you say "add external account", do you mean accepting a shared Zimbra folder or adding an external POP/IMAP sync source?

Or is the account someone else's Zimbra account that you're accessing directly via the IMAP client?

Sorry for ambiguous. I mean added external pop3 mail account by going to preference -> accounts in WEB UI.

I found this because I have another desktop so I set outlook and using IMAP to get my email but it doesn't work even I removed the external pop3 account.

Normal account is working fine ,just accounts which have added external mail account.

I created another mail account in zimbra and then test the problem still occur. Outlook seem to reject quickly when I search folder for subscribe/unsubscribe but for thunderbird it take like 10 min to show the folder but it show instantly for normal account.

Now i can't subscribe folder at all.

This happen only account that have added external pop3 account as mention above.

We had this same IMAP problem with internally shared folders and calendars. They fixed the problem in 5.0.2. If you haven't already, I'd recommend upgrading.
