    Default ERR only valid after entering TLS mode

    I keep seeing alot of these in my mailbox.log and some of my clients are having issue connecting to my mail server.
    Does anyone know what these are about?

    i think this was due to clients connecting to pop3/imap while i had the option to not allow clear text passwords set.

    I choose to not allow plain text login. Using SSL (TLS) meets this requirement. If I set my E-mail to use an encrypted password (with or without SSL/TLS) I get this error. It has to do with the AUTH command OE sends to Zimbra.

    This problem was discussed many times before after version 5 of ZCS was released. My opinion: it's all about POSTFIX.

    Now, on this version 4.5.10 or 11 ZCS use Postfix version 2.2.9; since 2.3.0, postfix include TLS (as version1 - TLSv1) protocol as a standard insteed SSLv3. Now, the ZCS 5.0.x use direct Postfix v 2.4.3 and this is the issue.

    This is my opinion. I think the best way it's to downgrade to 4.5.11 and use Postfix 2.2.x and wait for expers to solve this postfix settings.

    I test ZCS 5.0.2 on Opes SuSe 10.3, Ubuntu 6 LTS and RedHat 5 - all the same issue! All tests was made on clean install!

    Someone know where I can change settings and to redirect zimbra to use Postfix from 4.5.10?
