Hi, Zimbra is installed nicely inclucing the antispam/antivirus/, these features are running.

I am moving junk to the junk folder. The documentation says that zim has a learning process to read the junk and then tighten up spam rules.

My as/av setting in admin are 100/100.

I am getting increased levels of spam.

Please any suggestions on how to tune this?

That's hardly surprising as you've effectively disabled the ant-spam & virus filters. Change the setting back to their default and see what happens to your spam levels. You could also search the forums for details on those two settings and what changes to make to them.

Why did I kill the spam settings?

You've changed the settings in the wrong direction without knowing what they do. You've effectively said 'let 100% of spam through', please search the forums for the function of those settings and the changes you should make.

You'll never completely kill spam.

I have changed back to default and see results already

You can tweak those settings slightly, I have my settings set to 66/25 for Kill/Tag respectively. It's a balancing act between killing the spam and retaining messages that you want. If you lower the tag percentages you should check the Junk folder to make sure you aren't getting any false positives. As I mentioned, search the forums to see what other recommend for those settings.
