[SOLVED] services wont start after upgrade

Hey all,

First off, Id like to thank anyone here who's willing to help me! This morning antivirus stopped working, tried a few things to get it to work (changed the interval restart setting, made my own .pid file, and clamav is up to date), so I'd read about reinstalling/upgrading Zimbra. So, I backed up everything in /opt/zimbra, ran ./install.sh, chose to do the upgrade, upgrade installs, then it brings me to a menu, and snmp, mta, logger, spell, and a few other major services like that are all disabled, so I enable them, and save the config. When I run zmcontrol start to try and start zimbra, it just spits out the host name. Any ideas? Zimbra 4.5.5_GA_838.FC5_20070503175107

IM'd me - his backup got restored, coaxed everyone's favorite av services into submission, & made it to 4.5.11_GA_1751.FC5 just fine the other day.

(Though he may be still trying to get AOL happy with his reverse dns.)

Time to upgrade some ram bud - 1GB for 1k users...& with 36GB of total drive space no less! (don't remember if there was raid on that)

To get to v5 you'll have to follow these steps to change operating systems first: /blog/archives/2007/10/moving_zcs_to_another_server.html
-To switch you'll need to use the exact same zimbra version (4.5.11) to change operating system platforms first, then once the platform is switched you can upgrade to 5.0.2.
