Zimbra not receiving mail

Hi,

I installed Zimbra 5.0 open source edition. I migrated my users to the new Zimbra server. However I do not receive any mail. If I use a gmail account it goes through, but no mail from any other server. I also set up aliases since I setup 3 domains but those don't even seem to work. I also setup spam assasin, pyzor, greylist, razor.

Can anyone help me? I needed to create a new account here on the forum since the last one used the email address which I can't read right now.

Also, the zimbra forum sent an email saying I was locked out. I got this 30 minutes after it was actually sent. So there is also a major lag in getting the messages. Does anyone have any idea on why this is happening?

Which Operating system? Is there anything in the logs? DO you have correct DNS A & MX records and a correct /etc/hosts file set-up? Is your mynetworks set correctly?

I'm using Ubuntu 6.06LTS.

/etc/hosts:
217.65.100.52 mail.westerlike.com mail

DNS:
;; ANSWER SECTION:
mail.westerlike.com. 47361 IN A 217.65.100.52

Mynetworks:
mynetworks = 127.0.0.0/8 192.168.1.0/24 217.65.100.0/26 172.16.228.0/24


I have attached all the log files, including the /var/log/mail... just in case. Could you please help me figure it out. I don't know where to look. It also seems like alot of greylisting happening but besides that nothing.

Is your server behind a NAT router? If it is, you'll need a Split DNS set-up.

no it's not. it was previously behind one, but it was moved over to the ISP's server room.
