You listed the attributes yourself with the command that Greg gave you. To remove an attribute you just need to add a minus sign as per this format:

Code:
zmprov mcf -zimbraAccountExtraObjectClass
and then the attribute name.

Would you mind filing a bug report (if there isn't one already) on this and describe that these attributes were left behind after removing the Samba & Posix extensions and the problem you encountered.

What if you still need the Posix/Samba account functionality? Don't those extensions need to be enabled?
