Default [SOLVED] REST: permission denied: you do not have sufficient permissions

I can't access my inbox using REST.
    The URL im using is:

    http://server/zimbra/home/pbruna/inbox.atom

i also tried http://server/zimbra/user/pbruna/inbox.atom and anothers, but with all im getting:

    Code:
    HTTP ERROR: 403

permission denied: you do not have sufficient permissions

    RequestURI=/service/user/pbruna/inbox.atom

    Powered by Jetty://
    This is over Zimbra 5.0.1.

Try using "pbruna@yourdomain.com" instead of just "pbruna" in the REST URL.

We have a similar issue with users sharing briefcase items when their domain does not match that of the server's. Inputting the full e-mail address will work, but what's odd is that if they change the briefcase view to "Column Browser View", click on the item, then click on the link to the right, it goes through without a problem. If, however, they double-click or right click and choose download, the file requests new credentials. Any ideas on a server-side work around, or why the briefcase file links to the original server in one instance and local domain in another?

You've added this to a thread that's over two years old. The answer to the original question is in this thread, did you read the thread?

I'd suggest you post more information about what exactly your problem is as a 'me too' post doesn't really help nor give any information for anyone to give a reasonable response.
    Regards

    Code:
    HTTP ERROR 403

    Problem accessing /service/home/user1@nondefaultserverdomain.tld/BriesfcaseShared/file.xls. Reason:

permission denied: you do not have sufficient permissions
Error happen when User1@nondefaultserverdomain.tld share own briefcase with User2@nondefaultserverdomain.tld with full rights. But User1 can't get access to files in this briefcase folder - or password asks, or error 403. Sometimes User2 also asked password or got the same error.

This not happen with main domain's users shares.
