Question Documents - No such account wiki@olddomain

When I click on the documents tab in ZCS web interface, I get a 500 internal server error..

error: no such account wiki@domain.com

RequestURI=/service/home/username/Notebook

Caused by:

com.zimbra.cs.service.wiki.WikiServiceException: error: no such account wiki@domain.com

(snip)

-----------

So, in the process of trying to figure out how I wanted the zimbra server to fit into mail routing as a secondary, I ended up somehow completely breaking the documents feature.

I created my user accounts as user@domain.com (login) with an alias of first.last@domain.com (real email address) and another alias of user@host.domain.com (for delivery), then decided I didn't like the way that was working. It had an extra, incorrect email address (user@domain.com) and also caused problems with IM, as user@domain.com went to the production XMPP server, and we were trying to test Zimbra. So, I moved the users to user@host.domain.com, and made an alias for first.last@domain.com. I have mail working as well as can be expected, and IM should also be happier now (once the proper ports are open), but the documents account seems to be linked to the old domain. While I could go create that account, I'd rather figure out how to link them all to the wiki@host.domain.com account.

Since I have a hosted Zimbra instance, I do not have access to zmprov and company to piddle around with this. Can someone let me know what needs to be done so I can tell my provider how to fix it.

Thanks,
Tommy

Hi Tommy,
I see you're running Zimbra Network Edition. At this point, I would suggest that you contact Zimbra support for more one-on-one assistance.

All the best,
john

Default Thanks

OK, thanks! I'll wait for your answer. John, I'm in a NE trial, moving towards buying - should I open up a support ticket too, or should I just wait?

I had something similar occur during testing 5.0.0 RC2 where the main documents account was upgraded to the new style and all other domains where not upgraded and were completely broken. What you can try to do is delete all wiki@ accounts for the affected domain and then recreate them for that domain. This will refresh the cache of the files for that domain and will hopefully restore access to your documents feature.

Default Yes and No

Yes, I tried it, and no, it didn't work. I actually tried it before posting here. Thanks for the suggestion, though. Too bad...
