    It's impossible to tell what the problem is without any diagnostic information about your server or DNS records for your domain. Usually the error message indicates that you have something mis-configured.

    Nothing to do with Zimbra. You need to learn some basics about hosting a mail server, or else configure Zimbra to use your ISP's SMTP relay.
