Importing .pst files...

Is there a bug with pst import wizard ? every time i have tried to run it .. it prompts me outlook 2003 isnt install..

so i install the piece of gabbage(outlook 2003) and it still prompts with the same error about it needing outlook2003 or 2007 installed.. WTH..

Is there any other way to import .pst files to a mail account ?

got it fixed.. when by a new machine and retried.. it worked... i believe it you shouldnt try to run the program without outlook installed (i didnt know it require it).... so even thou i installed it afterwards and tried again.. it just wasnt see it..
