"Server Error Encoutered"

What does the meaning of the error "Server Error Encountered"?
I've found this error after login to admin web page by user "test" but when I try to use another user to login to the same page, there's no the error message.

Can you try to login with ?debug=3 appended to the URL. MAke sure you have pop-up blockers off as it will open a debug window. This should give us some more information.

After I've tried to login to login page by that admin user, It's shown "password no longer valid". So I changed the password then loging in to admin page using that user is worked!!

I think pop up error message from admin page isn't clear, It's quite difficult to understand what happened to the account so you please may try to check for this.
