Tags and shared Folders

ok.. i hope this can be done.. In my company we have one general email box for our old email address which we still use .

This email box is shared to everyone with management rights to it. Now i want to know if i can use the 'Tags' to tag emails that have been responsed too or are being worked on.

For example.. in that general email box.. i have setup Red Tags being pending matters, Blue tags as work in progress.. and so on..

now how can i get the tagging to show across all users who are viewing that shared general folder..and also to be modified to show a status change..

Please help..
