how to ? AUTO Emptying Junk folder

Hello,

i have 5.0.1 GA installed and working with around 200 users now every users is having minimum 50-100 junk/trash e-mails every day and for cleaning i have to monitor every day. and it;s been very dificult now a days.

i don't know what is the best way to sweep all mails without login.

Admin console > COS > advanced tab > try lowering trash & junk lifetimes (default=30days)

Do NOT touch the email message lifetime (zero is the default = don't delete) else you will quickly erase ALL their mail after x days.

Do you employ any of the techniques listed at Improving Anti-spam system - Zimbra :: Wiki & Configuring and Monitoring Postfix DNSBL - Zimbra :: Wiki ?

What's your tag & kill levels?
'Show original' & examine the spam headers on some of this junk - see if you're tagging junk fine, but maybe need to drop the kill level a bit etc.

Thanks, your quick support.
there were 30 days seted for Trash & Junk mail and i change to 3 days.
my tag ratio is : 33 %
and kill levels is : 75%

looking more in to headers and specified as SPAM so this will help to block thos mail which is actually spam ...
