Sent messages not displayed using Advanced login

Good day-

When a certain user (and it appears to only be one user) is logged in using the Advanced login, she is unable to see her sent items. It's as if she doesn't have any. When I switch her login to standard (html) the messages display fine. She is using Firefox to view her email. Using the same browser, I can view my sent items fine using Advanced login. What would cause this ?

I didn't see anything in the mailbox log when clicking on sent items, but when using firebug and clicking on sent folder, this error was shown in firebug:

Hi everybody,

have the same problem here. Using Zimbra 5.0.1 and only one user reporting this problem. Standard client works indeed.

Looks like maybe a bad zimlet? Can you guys post your version/OS information?

We also have a client with this problem (on version 5.0.1_GA_1902.RHEL5_64)

I found the following bug has already been logged Bug 23655 - Cannot open some folders in Zimbra Account. There appears to be a work around that fixes the problem for the current session by switching the view from message to conversation (or vice versa).
