How can I ensure that all of my end users are already logged out from accessing mail?

How can I ensure that all of my end users already log out from accessing web/outlook mail? Can I check from list of processes name e.g. "ps -ef"?

There is no way to do this currently. We plan to add a session status page to the admin UI where you can view any active sessions.
