Trashed message lifetime

Using 4.5
Trashed message lifetime does not seem to be working on my server. It is set in the web interface to 30 days, but it is not deleting after 30 days. What daemon runs to purge trash and/or what do I need to start looking to get this running?

I think that in 4.5 you need to set up a cron job to occasionally run zmpurgemessages overnight.

Are there any switches for zmpurgemessages? Will it only delete trash and spam? Can I specify one or the other? Is it documented anywhere? I've found forum posts on it, but it is for specific issues; no general overview. I don't want to run it and have people's inboxes purge...

I'm having almost the same problem on 5.0.1. I have both the trash and junk folder set to 30 days. The junk is being deleted but the trash is not. No zmpurgemessages command exists that I can tell (at least, it's not in user zimbra's path with the other zm* commands).
