Default Do not in-line HTML attachments

I'm not entirely sure if this is perhaps a dev question, but it seems like there should be an option for this with ZWC. Feel free to flame me for being OT if needed.

We have an internal process that develops an html attachment to a message and sends that out to various people. When you view this message in Outlook it is an attached .htm file but when you view in Zimbra web you see the included HTML code with no attachment. I tried changing my prefs to show as text hoping that would force the html to be attached, but no go.

Is there some other option I could try? Is there something special we'd have to do to our code to make it 'really really attached' ? I examined another mime message with attachments and it didn't look like it was anything different than what our code did. I'm pretty sure we use a standard perl module to generate the attachment anyway.
