how to know which email is commed first when zimbra server golive

yesterday my zimbra server is gone live for some customer

I want to know first email has come successfully in my server at what time

How can i know

Considered looking in your log files?

/opt/zimbra/log/

And (on a mac at least though I suspect it may well be the same for the linux variants), /var/log/zimbra.log
