Hello all,

I've got my hands on a Z5 demo account, and I've set up some test users, shared folders. I'd like to have all users receive shared mail on one designated address, and send on behalf of this address. What I've done is to

-create the shared account
-share the /Inbox with all users
-for each user, set up a persona (preferences->accounts->add persona) for the shared account, with reply-to the account, and reply-as this persona when replying to mail in the shared folder

But one thing I have not managed so far is to consolidate the outgoing mail in the (shared) outbox of the shared account. All sent mail end up in each users personal outbox.

What can I do to achieve this? Are there some settings I am missing? Filters?

the question should be: How kan I keep all mail history - including sent mail - in one place when attempting to set up a mail box with shared access?

I would appreciate all help!

I need to share a sales box with a dist list. I will need all communication sent/recieved viewable to all the people in the dist list.

Any help would help me out as well
