    Default [SOLVED] carrots in reply

    One of our users want to know why in some threads the old messages have a < before each line and in other threads they do not exist. Basically He would like to see the < in all threads. Kind of a silly question but if you have an answer I would appreciate it.

    It depends on the other person's options (it's up to the sender/person replying or forwarding).
    In Zimbra you can choose to prefix with > or | or no prefix at all.
    Settable via the preferences tab > composing tab (see attached pic)
