[SOLVED] User Can't Receive Mail

I have one (that I know of) user right now who gets this error upon logging into their account and then anytime they try and get mail. They can send email fine and they can read current messages in their inbox.

Where do I need to start looking to solve the problem?

msg - system failure: Missing start boundary
code - service.FAILURE
method - ZmCsfeCommand.prototype.invoke
detail - soap:Receiver

I have logged into my account on this particular machine and my account works fine.

You can tail -f /opt/zimbra/log/mailbox.log (& zmmailboxd.out) while creating the error to get a smaller section of the logs to attach.

WAG: There may be a mixed mime message somewhere that's causing a hickup; try moving everything out of their inbox (which is getting called on login/'get mail') to another folder.
Or perhaps set the account default search preference to something other than in:inbox or is:unread; using zmprov it's zimbraPrefMailInitialSearch I believe.
You could try re-indexing the account as well I suppose.

Is this still 4.5.10? (from your profile version)

Did moving the inbox contents to another folder help at all?
To me "exception while traversing multipart" sounds like it's still pointing to a mixed/multi-part MIME error, but we're looking for a little bigger stack - something like:

at com.zimbra.cs.service.ServiceException.FAILURE(Ser viceException.java:131)
at com.zimbra.cs.service.mail.ToXML.encodeMessageAsMP (ToXML.java:531)
at com.zimbra.cs.service.mail.Search.addMessageHit(Se arch.java:349)
followed by another 20+ lines etc

You can throw ?debug=3 on the end of the url (Web Client URL Tricks - Zimbra :: Wiki) or try firebug (FF add-on) to see if you get a weird response.

Without doing anything, the problem went away and the user was fully functional after another 15 mins or so. I asked and she did not delete any messages or empty her trash in that time frame... odd, but I'll take it.

I'll try some of your other tips if the problem re-appears.
