Default Upgrade to Zimbra 5: documents not working

Hello,

I finally finished the upgrade to Zimbra 5.0.1 (I was hit by lots of known bugs with certificates, I filed another bug in installer which I found and it was really more painful then I hoped for and tried on testing servers).

There's one small issue I can't resolve. It seems that I can't click on any document/page created either previously, or when I create new page in my Notepad. I see browser hand, but I simply can't click on it to get there.

It looks quite differently on this server:

http://flz.sk.cx/zimbra-documents.png

than on my staging server, where I tried the upgrade:

http://flz.sk.cx/zimbra-documents-staging.png

It looks like old-fashioned Zimbra 4 documents, but I can't click on the pages to view/edit/... them.

It maybe related to the documents problem (because of commercial certificate, I had installed):

After I fixed the certificate issue, I manually ran these commands without errors. But it seems it has something to do with this. Could you please help me with this problem?

Thanks,

Juraj.
