[SOLVED] Error Updating Certificate

Hello-

I was attempting to change some of the info on my CSR to generate a new cert for my server using the Admin Console. I managed to update it a couple times without issue, then I needed to go in and make a third change, when I hit "Install" it popped up the following Jetty error:

Your certificate was not installed due to the error : system failure: XXXXX ERROR: failed to create jetty.pkcs12

Message: Your certificate was not installed due to the error : system failure: XXXXX ERROR: failed to create jetty.pkcs12 Error code: ZaCertWizard.prototype.installCallback Method: AjxException.UNKNOWN_ERROR Details:system failure: XXXXX ERROR: failed to create jetty.pkcs12

It now does this every time. I am running Zimbra 5.0.1 on Centos 4.5.

Any ideas?

Nevermind. I resolved it. If you change any of the locality or Organization Info it blows up.

There is an Existing bug open on this 23332

Actually that was checked into 5.0.1 Bug 23332 - Cannot install self signed certificate & the last little bit went into Bug 23515 - generating a self-signed certificate with non us locale fails but that's fixed as well for 5.0.2

One more thing on this, just for clarification. What is the status of Commercial Certificates in 5.0.1? I have seen conflicting reports on the Board about being able to install a Commercial Cert either from the UI or from CLI. It sounds like this bug would cause issues with installing commercial certificate if you cannot change the Local, State, or the Organization.
