Ok.. in the browser if i click on a shared folder email reply button... it will set to reply-to email address to the email of the shared folder (configured the server to do this)..

but when i use the subscribe in thunderbird to view/manage the share folder.. all the emails i try to reply too.. my email address comes up as the reply-to email address and not that of the shared folder.

any ideas ?

Kinda sounds like you're asking about Thunderbird identities (setup one then select that identity when sending) see pic:

hrm.. if thats how i have to do it.. then i would have to train each user on how to do that

found this lovely plugin that i can use ..

it helps manage the identies.. so i can setup it up and leve it as is and dont really have to train anyone
