Rollback to 5.0.0

Is it possible to rollback from 5.0.1 to 5.0.0

It would be nice to have the following features back
1) SSL for Postfix / LDAP communication
2) IM server working for external clients
3) Admin site working on OSX

And it would be good to lose
1) Yahoo search in all skins.

Would replacing the /opt/zimbra/jetty/webapps/zimbra/skins folder with one from the 5.0 build succesfully remove the Yahoo search bar without causing any other problems?
