Remove attachment from calendar

There use to be an option in version 4.5.10 to remove an attachment from a calendar entry. This doesn't seem to be available in 5.0.1. Is there some workaround for getting this to work? I've tried clearing the checkbox beside the name of the attachment and then clicking Save. This doesn't seem to work.

Update:
I had to take these steps to remove the attachment within the Ajax web client:
1. Open the user's calendar
2. Double click the appointment
3. Change the appointment format to HTML
4. Uncheck the checkbox beside the attachment name
5. Click "Save" to save the changed.

If I skip step 3 above, the removal doesn't work. Basically, it seems like I have to make some other change to the appointment for the "Save" button to do anything productive.
