Where is the "jetty" command?

I would like to restart jetty since I've deployed a new skin, but the command "jetty" doesn't seem to be in my 5.0.1 install. I know it's supposed to work, even the zmskindeploy app calls it at the end (lines 113 and 114). When you run zmskindeploy, it reports it can't execute those two lines.

Doesn't that restart all of the processes? That takes about 90 seconds on server. If the zmskindeploy command calls for it, shouldn't it be there?

In an unrelated issue, Zimbra support wanted me to run the command tomcat. Once I told them I was using 5.0, they said to run "jetty". I told them it wasn't present.

Why isn't it there?
