Prepend OOtO auto-reply

I may have missed this somewhere in Release 4.5.6_GA FC5 FOSS edition,
but how can I prepend the subject for users who use the OutOfTheOffice feature?
I'm thinking that we should add a word or two in square brackets that indicate that the OOtO is indeed an [auto-reply]...
Any place I should be looking?

(I'm planning a server upgrade to Ubuntu from FC5, and then to ZCS ver 5.x, very soon...will this be available in ver 5?)

It does it automatically in 5.0
