    Default [SOLVED] Major problem with 5.0.1

    Just updated to 5.0.1 and we have no access via web. Mail can be viewed by a set up in thunderbird so I know it is kind of working but we need this fixed.

    Then how about providing some information on any errors in the logs or which services are, or are not, running.

    mailbox won't start. tried running ./zmmailboxctl start It said it started but when I checked the status it still wasn't running. Let me know what you need.

    Actually, thunderbird does not work either... we just saw what was cached by it, not no real mail or new email....

    What error logs you want me to show you?

    I read in some other threads that running the install.sh fixed a very similiar problem in an RC release. Would you recommend trying this? I'm desperate here. Need this back up.

    Do you guys have an off-hour support line? 9am pacific time is tough for us east coaster if there is a problem.

    If you are an NE customer then you can always contact support via the normal number and explain your server is down and an on-call engineer should get back to you.

    What's in your /var/log/zimbra.log after you tried to start Zimbra?

    log file is to big to attach.

    I just need to know if there's any errors in the log after you tried to start Zimbra, if you want you could shutdown Zimbra then restart it and see what's in the log. If you wish to post that bit of the log please do it as an attachment, you could also look in catalina.out and see if there's any errors and attach that as well.
