    Try to bounce the server:
    zmmailboxdctl stop
    rm -rf /opt/zimbra/jetty/work/*
    zmmailboxdctl start

Does it show up for the hosted demo?

I see the same problems. The Add-on is active in my FF 2.0.0.12 on my linux machine.

    My Firebug shows Exceptions:
    Code:
[Exception... "Component is not available" nsresult: "0x80040111 (NS_ERROR_NOT_AVAILABLE)" location: "JS frame :: file:///usr/lib/firefox/components/nsSessionStore.js :: sss_saveState :: line 1753" data: no]
    [Break on this error] oState.session = { state: ((this._loadState == STATE_RUNNING) ? STATE_RUNNIN...
Is there something I could debug?

Weird. Can anyone get me access to a server, and a VNC/Remote desktop to an affected machine?

I see the thing that says drag and drop in a new message composition window but it just doesn't do anything for me

Zimlet is installed and enabled and so is the FF extension. FF version is 2.0.0.11

It doesn't work for me with the Hosted demo as well... It seems the Problem is in the FF Plugin.

    I did:
    zmmailboxdctl stop
    rm -rf /opt/zimbra/jetty/work/*
    zmmailboxdctl start

Now I don't see any Firebug errors... Strange. Maybe the errors I have seen before are unrelated. I even tried with english language.

VNC to my linux box is hard to do. I don't even know how that works... And you would need a Desktop to drag&drop from, right? I could give you ssh access to my Linux Laptop and you could start firefox remote. Is that enough to debug?

    Regards
    Thomas

I just tested on spentboy's server with my extension, and it works. Bizzare.

Can you all tell me what version you have installed of the extension?

    I have ZimbraDnD 1.0.0 8-§

And I just downloaded/installed it from the gallery this afternoon !
Get or contribute Zimlets, UI themes, and languages in the Zimbra Gallery - Drag and Drop Firefox XPI[BETA]

    I'm on Vista.

The direct XPI link links to 1.0.0 while the ZIP contains 1.2.1...
