    Default Installing Certificate using Wizard

I'm trying to install commercial certificate using the wizard and have been unsuccessful. I've created my .csr, sent it to verisign, received the signed cert. When I go to install the cert I receive a failed to upload error. We are using Zimbra 5.0

    Thanks
    Tom

When you do it could you run a tail -f /opt/zimbra/log/mailbox.log & zmmailboxd.out and attach any errors?
You could try via command line: Commercial Certificates - Zimbra :: Wiki
There's been a bunch of certs improvements for 5.0.1

no errors, just a log of when I tried to run the install through the console.

I'm not against trying command line but I do have a concern. I already made .csr file through the admin console and had it returned and paid for. If I start from scratch using command line will I have to generate a new .csr file to resubmit to verisign? Basically I'm asking is there a way for me to use the sign cert I already have?

    Thanks for the help.

I'd encourage you to wait for 5.0.1 before installing the cert. The Admin console utilizes the command line zmcertmgr to install the cert.

You will be able to use the same csr whether you use the Admin console or the command line interface.

    Default unable to find

I have read wiki and i am hunging at the first step:
    # DO NOT USE THIS DOCUMENT FOR ZCS Versions 5.0.0_GA and ABOVE. Use the Certificate wizard in the Admin Console of your installation to generate a commercial CSR.

In our Admin Console (NE 5.0.5), i see "Install Certificate" wizard, i don't see any "certificate wizard" that i need to generate a csr.

It is not clear, then, why after this declaration there are instructions for generating a CSR using cmd line and keytool command.

I am very confused...please clarify this
