Message sizing

Hi guys, i have a requirement for client, you see in ms exchange you can limit the size of messages that i send and i recieve by user or by group, it's possible for me to do the same on zimbra, i mean i found where can i limit the size of the messages but is a global configuration, i want it to do by user or by COS as well as i do that for mailbox limit, any idea?
