[SOLVED] POP3 Polling Intervall

Hi there,

currently I'm testing ZCS 5.0 (Release 5.0.0_GA_1869.RHEL5_20071218195236 CentOS5 NETWORK edition)

I tried the Polling Intervall for external mails, like said in this bug

Code:

zmprov gc default | grep zimbraDataSourcePollingInterval
zmprov mc default zimbraDataSourcePollingInterval 5m
zmprov gc default | grep zimbraDataSourcePollingInterval
zimbraDataSourcePollingInterval: 5m

I did a zmcontrol stop / start.

But nothing happend with my POP3 Account. Should I do anything else? Are there any logs?

The setting for the polling interval is in seconds not the format you've used, you'll find details in the logs for each polling interval.

Ok, but there was no error message and the other PollingIntervals are in this format.

It still doesn't work. In which log file should be an entry? zimbra.log shows nothing.

You'll find details in /opt/zimbra/log/mailbox.log

BTW, did you actually enable the feature by setting

to TRUE?

It was already set to TRUE

zimbraDataSourcePollingInterval: 120
zimbraFeatureMailPollingIntervalPreferenceEnabled: TRUE
zimbraMailMinPollingInterval: 2m
zimbraPrefMailPollingInterval: 5m

But it doesn't work and there is no entry in the mailbox.log
