Stop a COS from changing their FROM

Hi There,

Is there a way to make it so users of a specific COS can not change who the mail appears to come from? At the moment we find that Users can change there from to be something silly like BIG John Etc. I would like this to be controlled by us.

I have turned off Identities for that COS, but this option still remains. Ideaily just removing Identity options?

Any advice would be greatly received.

Does it work if you disable identities on the specific account?

Unfortunately not, The ability to add a new Identity is removed if you disable this feature. However this part sill remains.
