How do I get enough HAM?

I have searched through a bunch of stuff on SPAM/HAM and I can find an amazing amount of customization. I have read a bunch on sending Spam as attachments and that you need 200 Spam and 200 Ham. I am not having a problem getting the Spam pump primed, but Ham is mail that was marked as Spam and isn't.. right? That might not be the best definition, but that is how I get stuff to the Ham user in Zimbra, correct?

If not, then I don't get how 200 Ham's are going to get to my smaller installations? Or am I just not getting it?

Nope, Ham is just good mail. "Sent" folders are a good source of it.

Thanks for the quick response brained! So I should just forward my sent items to the HAM account?
