    Default 5.0 RC2 - "cannont connect to server" in Web client

    Hey folks,
    I'm testing 5.0 RC2 (Open Source) and running into an issue in the web client.
    Users consistently have to click the Send button twice. The first time always results in a "connect connect to client" error.

    I did some digging and saw some references to the hosts file. I think mine is correct with a localhost.localdomain localhost line at the top.

    Any other troubleshooting suggestions?

    I always like to have the box's /etc/hosts file list all IP's on the box with their hostname and FQDN.

    Here is the current hostfile ... this worked fine with 4.5 .. am I missing something ?

    Code:
    127.0.0.1	localhost.localdomain localhost
    10.1.1.27       aspen.nsnet.com aspen mail.externaldomain.net

    # The following lines are desirable for IPv6 capable hosts
    ::1     ip6-localhost ip6-loopback
    fe00::0 ip6-localnet
    ff00::0 ip6-mcastprefix
    ff02::1 ip6-allnodes
    ff02::2 ip6-allrouters
    ff02::3 ip6-allhosts

    It appears that the problem is getting worse by the day. The web UI is almost unusable now. There are no problems browsing the UI, but sending messages fails every time.

    This was an upgrade from 4.5 by the way.

    That hosts file is not correct. here's the right version:
    Code:
    127.0.0.1    localhost.localdomain localhost
    10.1.1.27            aspen.nsnet.com aspen
