Anti Spam and 4.5.10 Upgrade question

We have not upgraded in a while and I am about to upgrade from 4.5.4 to 4.5.10. Back when we were at 4.5.1 I followed a wiki and a thread on how to improve anti spam and many of these changes helped. I looked at the following Wiki and it has been updated since I last followed it.

I was wondering if there were any major changes I need to look out for in postfix and amavisd when performing this upgrade? I have the files I changed saved off but it has been a while since I upgraded and I know many improvements have been made.

hard to say, not knowing all of the tweaks you used. You may just want to backup all your files that you edited so that if they get overwritten, you can put the changes back in.
