I couldnot find what is meant by "webmail" do you mean from the webmail interface but logged in as a user. Or somehow through the zimbra admin interface. I can not see "general settings" in either of these places

I will revert to editing the config files as per the wiki it does occur to me that setting whitelists by user would be great.

If you are logged into the web interface to Zimbra (the general user one, not the admin one). Click on Preferences and then click on "Mail", if you scroll down you should see two lists that you can fill in under the Junk Mail Options section. This is the per user White and Black lists.

Is it also possible to import email addresses to the blacklist? This does not have to be in the GUI but would be nice :]
