Identifying active email boxes

Ok, I was asked if I could provide any sort of metrics on this... my first guess would be a no, but I'd like to see if anyone else has information before that...

I would like to know if theres a way I can analyze mail box use... perhaps being able to get info like last login, or last usage of web application or last mail retrieval or something along those lines. (to help identify how many of our 3000+ accounts are actually being used)

The last login time that you see there is based on zimbraLastLogonTimestampFrequency, default 7d to cut down on ldap writes.

In the re-vamped v5 admin console, you will be able to see the last login time in both a sortable column as well as the account settings pages.
They'll also be some quick searches on the bottom left of the column so you can quickly jump to see the in-active for 30days/90days, non-active, locked, closed, maintenance, admin accounts, etc.
