You may get a refusal if your reverse DNS doesn't hatch the helo name of the server:

Code:
dig -x 202.154.23.164

; <<>> DiG 9.4.1-P1 <<>> -x 202.154.23.164
;; global options: printcmd
;; Got answer:
;; ->>HEADER<<- opcode: QUERY, status: NOERROR, id: 64430
;; flags: qr rd ra; QUERY: 1, ANSWER: 1, AUTHORITY: 5, ADDITIONAL: 2

;; QUESTION SECTION:

;; ANSWER SECTION:

;; AUTHORITY SECTION:

23.154.202.in-addr.arpa. 86327 IN NS ns2.gip.net.
23.154.202.in-addr.arpa. 86327 IN NS ns2.rad.net.id.

;; ADDITIONAL SECTION:
ns1.rad.net.id. 3526 IN A 202.154.1.2
ns2.rad.net.id. 3528 IN A 202.154.3.2
Did you also read the link in the error message from Yahoo! - Mail

The usual questions follow: do you have a valid /etc/hosts file and correct DNS A & MX records pointing to your server?

moving to the administrator's forum. The Job Corner is for posting of jobs. Also, Zimbra Employee's shouldn't be in that forum.

When I do a DNS lookup I don't get the same info as you are posting.

Non-authoritative answer:
bageur.web.id preference = 10, mail exchanger = webmail.terrapronet.com

Authoritative answers can be found from:
bageur.web.id nameserver = ns2.terrapronet.com
bageur.web.id nameserver = ns.terrapronet.com
ns.terrapronet.com internet (IPv4) address = 202.69.97.194

[End Query]

Did the DNS info you posted come from your hosts file instead of a zone file on a true DNS server?

I am slso receiving multiple "temporarily deferred" messages from Yahoo. Don't have the problem with any one else and it's pretty obvious they are "Greylisting". I have 2 other Postfix mail servers that I have no problems with... but Zimbra (owned by Yahoo), only gets about 1 of 10 messages through. Any ideas on a "deferral retry time" setting we should be changing? I have search Postfix and Zimbra docs and forums for 2 months now and still no luck.

Also, the subject of this thread is incorrect. The initial post states, "from zimbra account cant send to yahoo mail... from yahoo mail can send to zimbra ccount..." and the thread states that Yahoo can't sent to Zimbra.
