Default [SOLVED] PST import tool, error limit reached

I'm trying to import 5000+ calendar items using the PST import tool on RC2. At about 2310 items it reaches 36 errors "Couldn't parse address: No address value" and then exits with a message "error limit reached"

If I re-run the tool and tell it to ignore already imported items it never gets further than 4 errors and exits again making it impossible to import the remaining 2000+ Items.

I don't mind the errors as most of the appointments are old and out of date but I need to import as much as I can for archival reasons. I have used scanpst to fix any errors, I'm not using exchange server.

How can I force the import tool to complete and ignore the errors?

Thanks

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Zimbra\ErrorThreshold to 0
Read this for other stuff you'll probably want to set: http://www.zimbra.com/forums/migrati...html#post56217
There's also an xml for doing batch processing on a larger number of users.

Thanks for that, before I have a go I need/want to remove the 2000+ appointments that are currently loaded. I can't see an option to select all and then delete, in email I can just shift click from start to finish to select all emails. I'm panicking thinking I'll have to do this one by one. Is there a way to batch delete appointments?

Cheers.

you probably want just /Calendar
(as you can just right click in the GUI & delete the entire calendar if it was any other than the immutable one or zmmailbox deleteFolder)

Thanks a lot, both suggestions worked a treat and I now have a full calendar without any old rubbish left behind.

Cool,
Don't know if you wanted it, but I've attached an old batch PST import .xml and descriptions just so you have an idea of how it works.
If you need help using it please contact support first; especially to get a newer version, as it was used on a much older PST import tool.
As such, when your testing do it against a bunch of temp accounts that you have no problem deleting/emptying and starting fresh until you're happy with the process
