spell checking in 4.5.10 network edition

Hi,

Something seems to have changed in the way that the spell checking works in the web client.

1) It no longer checks as you compose the mail.

2) we no longer have an option to add a word to the dictionary.

Ideally I would like these features back - can anyone help me in this?

Ray,

I think these "features" are part of the browser. The web client has never supported what you are referring to. If you are using Firefox2, make sure under Tools > Advanced > Check my spelling as I type is checked

This is in fact a firefox feature.

I have 50+ machines here, I've made firefox the only option, tired of people asking me why there spell check stops working. LOL. But then again my call center all runs Linux workstations, so I don't have to worry about IE
