    Default Cannot view user mails

    Hi,
    I cannot view user mails, it gives "permission denied" error on firefox and some kind of "invalid memory access" error on Internet Explorer.

    I have tried several browser versions so it is certainly not related with a known bug on Firefox.

    Any help will be appreciated.

    I guess you mean from the Admin UI? If not, what exactly are you trying to do?

    Zimbra version & release, operating system, new install or upgrade, any errors in the logs, what's the exact error messages you are seeing, has it ever worked?

    Zimbra Version 4.5.5
    SuSE SLED 10 - 32bit OS on X86_64 hardware
    Yes it was working before two weeks.
    Yes from Admin UI


    I have no logs on this, do you have a suggestion where to look at ?

    Attached are the screenshots from IE 7 and Firefox 2.0.0.11;

    the description and message says in Turkish: "Invalid access to memory segment"

    Is SElinux enabled on this system? If it is, disable it.

    I see that libselinux 1.23.11 is installed on yast, but not familiar with it.

    Should I remove the installation or is there a way to disable it from services ?

    Oh sorry, you're on SUSE. You should check in YaST and check whether AppArmor is enabled and if it is disable it.

    No it's a minimal installation and apparmor is not installed

    Sorry for the delay in replying. That's a bug caused by a Firefox update and you need to update to the latest version of Zimbra.

    But I also have the issue with IE.

    Does it also affect other browsers ?
