view email as admin

When logged into the Zimbra admin console, I'm trying to click "View Mail" to access a users mailbox. It opens an new window and tries to take me to :

https://ai.4ph.com/zimbra/auth/

but I get 'page cannot be displayed' in IE. I dont think it should be using https. If i just try and change it in the URL to http. I get an apache tomcat 400 error (which I expected). Where where can I change it to http?

Do you have https enabled? I think this should have been fixed in M3. If you don't have https enabled can you enable it and try again?
